| Quick and Easy Indoor Scavenger Hunt with Free Clues and Answers |
This simple indoor scavenger hunt features ten rhyming clues designed to help kids with reading and problem-solving skills as they search throughout the house for the hidden reward. Staying at home doesn't have to be boring but can be quite fun and exciting with a few family activities like a treasure hunt.
If you have more than one child, it helps to come up with a few rules before playing that will ensure that everyone has a chance to have input and fun finding clues. Have the kids go to a room that you will not be using for the hunt while you hide the clues.

lines.
- Keep clue #1.
- Hide clue #2 at the answer
for clue #1.
- Hide clue #3 at the answer

- Hide clue #5 at the answer

- Hide clue #6 at the answer

- Hide clue #7 at the answer

- Give clue #1 to the person(s)

I organized a small scavenger hunt before with my kids and husband, and it ended up with my kids cheating their way to win; my husband was left clueless. These ideas are just perfect, and I do agree with what you wrote that being stuck at home is boring. Having simple and fun activities like this is a good bonding experience as a family. I’ll definitely arrange a new scavenger hunt, and this time, I’ll make it harder!

How nice of you to post a comment about my scavenger hunt! They can be a bit challenging to create, especially if you have children of different ages and abilities, but I've found that it can also build teamwork among the kids. For example, I'll have an older child read a clue and then have the kids rotate for who will solve the puzzle and then lead the group to find the clue. Sometimes I have to tweak my scavenger hunts and try again - they are all kid-tested and approved before I publish!
